Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis & Excel skills. Able to learn new data & analytical tools independently
  • Good network across the NGO ecosystem or incubation centers funding social enterprises
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on data visualization, so as to be able to drive team communication based on hard facts and grounded actionable
  • Perseverance and relentless follow up
  • Solution-oriented approach when faced with challenges, and the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges rapidly
  • Empathy and Design thinking
  • Excellent time and task management skills

  • Assisting Founders, P&L Leads, and Sr. team members to achieve team targets

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for opportunities and trends in the Social sector, where Fynd can help them raise more funds through e-commerce route
  • Prospect social enterprises who sell products and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the organisation; expanding the product and enterprise portfolio
  • Closing deals with the NGOs or Social enterprises and driving their revenue for their growth and helping beneficiaries
  • Partnering with enterprises or institutions who are funding/helping such enterprises
  • Understanding the problems that NGOs go through and how we can help them in our capacity as a e commerce marketplace
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the enterprise’s P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
  • Actively work on building the team, its capabilities and position.
  • Lead Generation from competitor’s websites
  • Brainstorming on how to improve the user experience and also easing vendor on-boarding
  • Being an ambassador and advocate for the team internally and externally.
  • Assisting Founders, P&L Leads, and Sr. team members to achieve team targets
