SD Analyst Requirements:

  • Analyst should have a Technical Support Experience
  • Analyst should be flexible to work in 24X7 Environment. Sunday will be working

Job Description:

  • Analyst should be aware of Incident and Service Request Management Process
  • Analyst should be aware of OS, Printer, Mobile Devices, Network (LAN & WAN) and MS Products incidents handling
  • Analyst should be good in problem solving
  • SD Team member will be providing an Equipment Support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, mobile devices), System Software (OS), Integration and telecommunication (LAN,WAN and PBX), Application system incident and “How to” support (MS Products, POS and client applications).
  • Kindly fulfill the demand as per requirement to ensure we have a right fitment to perform the SD task.
